Run solo or as a two-person relay through beautiful Mt. Gretna, PA all the way to the City of Lebanon. This race is mostly on the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail with an overall elevation descent to town.
Proceeds from this race will benefit the construction of the John E. Wengert Memorial Park. This park will boast health and fitness opportunities, a link to the Rail-Trail and environmental educational opportunities right in Downtown Lebanon. Proceeds will also benefit the Lebanon Valley Conservancy and the Community Health Council of Lebanon Valley.
The relay exchange point will be at the Root Beer Barrel. Located in the parking lot of the LV rail trail trailhead in Cornwall at the intersection of Route 419 and Boyd St.
SHUTTLES: FREE shuttles to the start line will be provided for solo racers. Solo racers can park at the Finish Line (1400 Elder St, Lebanon, PA 17042) and take a shuttle to the start. Exact shuttle times will be provided to registered racers closer to the race date.
Relay racers are expected to provide their own transportation. We suggest racers travel together to the start, then the second racer takes the car to the exchange point. Once the exchange happens, the first racer can take the car to the finish line. Please let us know if that will present your team with a problem.
REGISTRATION: Race Registration and number pick up will take place at Clarence Schock Memorial Park on race day from 8:00am to 9:45am.
RESTRICTIONS: We love pets, but we can’t allow you to race with them this time.
